I have an extensive background in working as a Personal Assistant/Office Manager and have worked for varying sized businesses. Wanting to further my knowledge base and be able to offer more to my clients, I have embarked on the Certificate in Bookkeeping with The Career Academy.

For the past ten years I have operated a company – Taylormade Resolutions Ltd – providing services and support to individuals, businesses and community organisations to carry out administrative tasks, so they can focus on those tasks that they enjoy and can carry out confidently. This has included some financial tasks (e.g. completing payroll records and dealing with tax issues, etc) for my clients.
Once I have completed my studies I will be extending the services I provide to include a full range of Bookkeeping work, including processing financial records on Xero.
I have completed the Diploma in Xero with Career Academy, I’m about to start an AAT Qualified Bookkeeper Pathway course, it should take 100 hours to complete. Once I finish this then I will be starting a Bookkeeping Business for the Hamilton area.
At the moment I am doing a course of certificate in bookkeeping but I want to be part and registered under NZQBA. This member will be available for work once they have completed the Certificate in Bookkeeping
