Terms and conditions

NZQBA is designed specifically to support members and develop the Bookkeeping profession in New Zealand. It was established to offer high quality connections and excellent benefits to members of the Bookkeeping profession. 

These NZQBA membership terms and conditions are intended to ensure that NZQBA membership is associated with professionalism, ethical behaviour and quality work. Members of the NZQBA must comply with these membership conditions.

Membership fees

NZQBA collects membership fees via WooCommerce. By submitting an online order, you give NZQBA permission to deduct your membership fees from your credit card at the frequency selected (ie. monthly or annually).

A full list of all membership fees, can be found on our website here. All prices listed on this page are exclusive of GST. 

Cancelling membership

A member may terminate their membership after 3 months of paid subscription and 30 days written notification to the NZQBA Membership Co-ordiantor.

If a membership is cancelled before the 3 months term, this will incur a $75 + GST administration fee.

NZQBA may terminate a member’s membership if that member:

  • fails to make payment of membership fees when due;
  • is found by NZQBA to have breached these membership conditions or the NZQBA code of conduct and ethics.

Cancelling website add on

You can only cancel the website add on within 8 days of purchase. Otherwise, you are liable in completing installment of $29 + GST for 52 weeks if you did not pay upfront.
